This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Wisplo products — such as Mailwand Pro — provided by Sanjaya Thilakabandara, trading as Wisplo (Sweden). Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.
Our paid products (such as Mailwand Pro) are recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will keep paid access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. To cancel, use the management link in your purchase receipt from Dodo Payments, or email us at wisplo.support@gmail.com and we will help.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Because our paid products are digital content/services supplied immediately, by completing checkout you may be asked to consent to immediate provision and to acknowledge that this can affect your withdrawal right once the service has been fully provided. Where the right applies, we will refund payments received from you without undue delay.
Beyond the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a goodwill refund policy: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate (for example, a charge you did not intend, a renewal you meant to cancel, or the extension not working for you despite our help). Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Dodo Payments and may take several business days to appear.

Where a Wisplo product offers a free plan (as Mailwand does), it is, and remains, free — no payment is required and there is nothing to refund.
